The biodegradable ThermoKeeper™ is the quintessential “green” shipping container replacement for all non-biodegradable foam coolers and shipping containers. Not only is the ThermoKeeper™ environmentally and user-friendly, it is socially responsible and cost effective.

Our proprietary, purified flocked material, made from recycled textiles, is the key insulating element of the ThermoKeeper™. After a biodegradable stiffener is added, the stiffened flocked material is then “molded” into a flat panel that compares favorably with foam panels.

In manufacture, once the flat panel is mitered, so as to enable folding, it is then laminated to a perforated biodegradable poly sheet. The end-result is a complete, biodegradable, insulated shipping system that ships flat, for less expensive in-bound freight and storage, yet easily folds together as an air-tight, stand-up container with a full flap-over lid.
